Extruded silicone is bonded to our stainless steel braided smooth bore hose and comes in sizes -04 (1/4") to -12 (3/4").
Silicone provides a margin of safety where steam or hot oil is conveyed to external contact. Silicone improves flexibility and is kink resistant.
The insulation properties of the silicone jacket keep the media running through the hose (hot or cold) depending on the fluid.
The double hoop strength of the silicone jacket makes the hose more flexible and easier to route.
The silicone jacketing is designed to withstand up to 400°F.
